Dear Readers,
I’ve received a few expressions of concern that “Writing Through Cancer” might disappear when my husband and I relocate.
It won’t. I will be writing and posting as I have done for the past ten years! The site, the subject matter, the people who live with cancer in any way–as patients, survivors, caregivers, loved ones–all matter to me a great deal.
So yes, we’ll write on!

WHEW! 🙂 🙂 Thank you, Sharon. I just finished writing out some answers to Jan 8 blog. I love hearing what you are up to and reading the poems you choose, the books or films you mention. Powells books in OR recently sent The Emperor of All Maladies. And I love that poem The Thing is by Ellen Bass & my favorite lines are:
“… and everything you’ve held dear
crumbles like burnt paper in your hands, …”
There have been three threads through my life since Yolande died. You and your weekly writing are one of them.
Thank you for your consistency and dedication! Happy travels.
